Logistics & Shipping

  • When can my instructor get into the classroom?

    An instructor can typically access the classroom at 7:30 a.m. If desired, you can request earlier access through your Account Manager.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Standard hours are 8 a.m –5 p.m. Instructors may access most venues at 7:30 a.m. or earlier if needed. If you require facility access outside of our standard hours, ask your representative for more information.

  • Is there parking available for my students?

    Each location offers a different parking arrangement.

  • Are there nearby hotels for lodging? Do you offer discounted rates?
    Ask your representative. 

  • Can I ship materials to the facility prior to my training event?

    We accept shipped materials at our facilities prior to events. Please notify us in advance so we can expect your shipments (number of boxes, expected delivery, etc.) and also label boxes with your company name. Our facility staff will safely hold packages for instructors, or we can distribute materials to the student upon request.
